You will utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, trx suspension trainers, resistance bands, & more for a strength focused workout. Everyone is welcome. Full Body Class is a 50 minute low impact class that utilizes dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, & more with a big focus on strength training exercises. This class also has a ZOOM option if you'd like to join in from home! All levels welcome. A TABATA interval class is a full body high-intensity workout that focuses on short, intense bursts of exercise followed by brief periods of rest.

    The class usually includes multiple exercises targeting different muscle groups, often using bodyweight movements or equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, or resistance bands.

    The goal is to push your body to work at full capacity during the work intervals, helping to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance!

    All levels are welcome as modifications are always offered!

    Circuit Class is 45 minute workout with timed stations. You will be at a station for 50 seconds with a 30 second rest in between to get to the next exercise (station). You will utilize dumbbells, battle ropes, weighted med balls, cardio equipment, sleds, & more for a full body cardio-strength workout! All levels welcome.
