Full Body Class is a 50 minute low impact class that utilizes dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, & more with a big focus on strength training exercises. This class also has a ZOOM option if you'd like to join in from home! All levels welcome. A TABATA interval class is a high-intensity workout that focuses on short, intense bursts of exercise followed by brief periods of rest. It's based on the Tabata Protocol, developed by Dr. Izumi Tabata, a Japanese scientist, and is known for being an efficient and time-effective workout method.

    The class usually includes multiple exercises targeting different muscle groups, often using bodyweight movements or equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, or resistance bands.

    The goal is to push your body to work at full capacity during the work intervals, helping to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance.

    Circuit Class is 45 minute workout with timed stations. You will be at a station for 50 seconds with a 30 second rest in between to get to the next exercise (station). You will utilize dumbbells, battle ropes, weighted med balls, cardio equipment, sleds, & more for a full body cardio-strength workout! All levels welcome. If you're brand new to fitness or it's been a little while, we highly suggest a 30 minute Assessment Session scheduled with Kasey (kasey@truetrainingstudio.com) to go over form, exercises, and body movements!
