Circuit Class is 45 minute workout with timed stations. You will be at a station for 50 seconds with a 30 second rest in between to get to the next exercise (station). You will utilize dumbbells, battle ropes, weighted med balls, cardio equipment, sleds, & more for a full body cardio-strength workout! All levels welcome. POWER 45 is a switch-up every week! It's a 45 minute full body workout that starts with a group warm up, goes into timed circuit workout (usually 20 minutes), and finishes with a group finisher! You will utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, jump ropes, weighted med balls, & more for this cardio & strength focused workout!

Cancellation Policy = you will get a text message 2 hours before class starts. You have 90 minutes before class starts to cancel if needed.
